Residential Support Worker
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Support Worker to join a well-established provider of residential care services for children and young people. This role can be full-time or part-time, offering a salary up to £13 per hour and benefits. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting young residents with daily living, helping them build confidence and independence in a safe setting. They are looking for multiple candidates. You will be responsible for: ? Providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people ? Promoting a safe, nurturing, and homely environment ? Contributing to care planning and recording accurate documentation ? Supporting educational and recreational activities ? Maintaining cleanliness and household routines, including meal preparation ? Acting as a positive role model and supporting individual development What we are looking for: ? Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Care worker or in a similar role. ? Experience supporting children or young people, from ages 8-18. ? 1 year experience in children's home is preferred. ? Must be aged 21 or over due to regulatory requirements ? Enhanced DBS and compliance checks required ? Willing to commute Hours available: ? Full-time: up to 160 hours per month ? Part-time: 31 hours per week What's on offer: ?
