Senior Modelling Scientist – San Sebastián/Donostia – Fully Remote – High‑Growth Start‑Up

An exciting Bioprocessing start‑up company, based in San Sebastián, is keen to bring an experienced Senior Modelling Scientist, Simulation Scientist or Mathematical Modelling Scientist into the team to lead complex modelling projects within the bioprocessing and life science sectors.

As this role is centred on advanced modelling work, you can operate fully remotely. We welcome applications from across Europe. If you prefer hybrid or on‑site collaboration, the team is equally happy to support that.

You will likely hold a PhD or MSc in Mathematics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Life Sciences or a related discipline that has led you into a modelling‑focused career. Given the autonomy of the position, you will also need several years of industry experience and the ability to manage complex work without continual oversight.

English fluency is essential. Spanish would be beneficial but is not required.
