Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. This role gathers requirements, designs future-state processes, and supports business transformation initiatives.

Essential Functions
Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders. Develop process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases. Partner with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver solutions. Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation. Analyze business data and KPIs to support decision-making. Prepare executive presentations and project documentation. Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies. Drive continuous process improvement and change management.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. Experience working in Agile project environments preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.

Business process modeling Data analysis and reporting ERP and CRM systems experience Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools Digital transformation experience CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (preferred) Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $85,000 and $110,000. The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
