THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Media Project Manager who leads client relationships and owns quality control across every deliverable.

You're the bridge between client and creative team. You understand what clients actually need, translate it into clear briefs, and hold every piece of work to a high standard before it goes out the door.

You'll manage projects, people and systems, keeping multiple accounts moving at once without dropping quality or detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage day-to-day client communication across WhatsApp and emailQuality control creative work before client delivery, reviewing content through Frame.io (or similar) for accuracy, polish and brief alignmentTranslate client needs into actionable creative briefs, suggesting ideas when clients want guidanceAssign work to editors and designers, setting clear expectations and holding deadlinesCoordinate timelines, resources and delivery schedules across multiple accountsKeep projects organised inside Notion, Frame, Google Drive and Google Sheets, with clean folders, naming conventions and documentationMonitor KPIs through our Google Sheets CMSResolve issues quickly, keeping projects moving and clients informedStay on top of social trends and platform requirements so our output stays contemporary and high-quality

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
2+ years of project management or account coordination experience (agency or content preferred, but flexible)Native-level English with excellent written and verbal communicationA professional, personable manner with clientsA keen eye for detail and the judgement to know when creative work meets the brief and when it doesn'tThe ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and deadlines at onceStrong organisational instincts and a proactive approach to problem-solvingThe confidence to give clear feedback and hold editors accountable to deadlinesAn understanding of content production and social media trends (editing ability is a bonus, not required)A reliable schedule for client communication, with some flexibility in hours
