We're recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead a brand-new central production kitchen in North East London, delivering exceptional food for luxury events across London and the Sout-East.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing events operation, with genuine creative freedom, premium British produce and events ranging from intimate private dining to 1,000+ guest celebrations.

The Operation

Brand-new CPU in North-East London. Luxury weddings, private dining and corporate eventsBespoke menus for every clientEvents from 20 to 1,000 guestsAround 45 kitchen employees, including freelancersModern British food with restaurant-quality presentation

The Role

Lead the CPU and overall kitchen operationPlan and deliver multiple high-end eventsCreate seasonal menus using premium British produceLead, coach and develop the kitchen brigadeOversee production, prep and event logisticsManage food costs, labour and kitchen performanceDrive creativity, presentation and new food ideas

About You

Experienced Head Chef from premium events, banqueting or luxury hospitalityStrong experience leading busy production kitchens and large teamsPassionate about modern British food and seasonal produceCreative, commercially aware and highly organisedHands-on, reliable and comfortable delivering at scale
