A growing national hospitality group is looking for a senior food leader to shape and drive its food and beverage proposition across a substantial UK estate.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll take ownership of the food strategy across the group, from proposition and menu development through to commercial performance, standards and operational delivery.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the group-wide food strategy across a multi-site estateShaping a distinctive, commercially strong food propositionDriving menu development with a focus on modern British and seasonal cookingImproving food quality, consistency and guest experience across the estateDelivering strong commercial performance across multiple sitesLeading and developing senior food and operational teamsWorking closely with the wider leadership team on growth and business strategyTravelling nationally across the UK estate We’re looking for

This could suit an experienced:

Head of FoodFood DirectorDirector of Food & BeverageGroup Executive ChefSenior F&B Director

You’ll need a proven track record operating at scale within pubs, hotels, restaurants or a similar multi-site hospitality environment.

Most importantly, you’ll combine strong food credentials with commercial understanding and the leadership ability to influence at board and senior stakeholder level.

£100,000 circa, depending on experience.
