My client has a small collection of venues/sites/one of a kind sites across London, stable company, with some really lovely venues across the portfolio, much more fun is planned for this business in 2026/2027 and onwards, working out of Head Office, if you’re keen to get into a Strong Sales role, working and mentoring the sales team and putting your ideas forward, this could be the next role for you

The Senior Sales Manager Role

Manage and develop relationships with all clients/prospect clients within your portfolio whilst consistently generating opportunities – building relationships for repeat businessBe able to generate business immediatelyBe familiar with social media / promotionCarry out all operational planning for each eventCompile the full event sheet for each event in an accurate and timely mannerProduce timely & accurate written proposalsPreparing invoices and all other administrational tasks necessary, handovers for smaller eventsEnsuring that the company`s target margin is maintained

The Senior Sales Manager Person

ESSENTIAL to have a background in hospitality sector and a fast-pased businessBe extremely proactive, driven, personable, outgoing and sociableHave a proven track record in achieving within a sales role and working to KPI’sBe familiar with planning and operations of events at all stagesManaging a team of 3 or above is needed
