We're recruiting a Larder or Sauce Chef de Partie to join a prestigious Education Catering operation in North-West London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong CDP who loves proper fresh-food cooking, wants ownership of their section and is looking for a much better work-life balance without stepping away from quality food.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you'll take ownership of either the larder or sauce section.

Run your section from preparation through to serviceProduce fresh food to a consistently high standardPrepare sauces, proteins or larder items depending on your sectionSupport hospitality, functions and eventsMaintain excellent presentation and consistencyManage stock rotation, waste and food safetyWork closely with the wider kitchen brigade
