Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Job: 5 days a week - 40 Hours (Office based)

My client is one of the leading design and marketing agency with offices in multiple countries.

They have vast experience in delivering design and marketing services to their clients globally and they have received 5 out of 5 ratings on Google.

They are looking for aDigital Marketing Assistantto join their team at Hertford.

The Role:

This role will suit somebody who is totally addicted to social media and excited to make this a large part of their career.

You will be working alongside the Marketing and Creative teams within a fun, fast-paced full-service agency.

You will create engagement and high-quality marketing campaigns and execute them through various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, digital ads, and websites.

you need to stay updated when it comes to trends, social media algorithms, new social media features, and knowing what content works for which audience.

Requirements:

? Previous 1-year experience in a similar role
? Passion for language, writing, and understanding the factors of social media.


? Expert at writing news stories, website text, and engaging social media captions for all social media channels
? Having previous Marketing experience is advantageous.
? You must be well-organized and can multitask and structure your day easily.


Responsibilities:

? Social Media Management
? Social Media Group Number Growth
? Engage with audiences through news stories and press releases.


? Creation of short, trending videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
? Creation of high-quality photography for social media use
? Image and Video Editing
? You will be required to gather content at least twice a week out of the office.
? Understanding new features and algorithm changes when it comes to all social media channels
