Marketing Account Manager - Marketing Agency

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire, (SG14)

Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)

Job: 5 days, 40 Hours Per Week (Office based)

The Client:

My client is one of the leading design and marketing agency with offices in multiple countries.

They have vast experience in delivering design and marketing services to their clients globally and have received 5 out of 5 ratings on Google.

They are looking for aMarketing Account Managerto join their team at Hertford.

The role:

You will be responsible for the smooth running of up to six existing marketing retainers and building relationships with existing and new clients through trust and knowledge, delivering results and the quality of your work.

In addition, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding KPIs regarding a range of services, from social media group numbers and engagement levels to social media ad conversions, email marketing open and click-through rates, YouTube video conversions, press uptake, website traffic and more.

You will be expected to meet with your clients at least once per month, ideally face-to-face (depending on the client).

Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? 3 years of agency experience (desirable)
? Experience using Google Analytics, Google My Business
? Experience using Email Marketing software
? Strong understanding of SEO
? Understanding of MODX
? Experience setting up and running Social Media, YouTube and Google Ads
? Having a very strong understanding of social media including LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
? Experience in writing news stories/press releases
