Location: Colchester, Essex (Hybrid Working)

The Client:

Our client is one of the leading design & marketing agencies in UK offering brand building, campaign activity to their clients while delivering a satisfactory customer experience.

The Role:

You will work alongside other Account Executives and Account Managers to assist in the delivery of media planning and buying activities for the nominated clients.

Particularly working on digital activities, including Facebook, Digital Display (inc.

Programmatic), PPC and property portals.



Responsibilities:

? Raise purchase orders for media owners
? Mending media bookings/schedules as directed by the Account Managers
? Communicating the client's needs to a supplier, providing a full and clear brief, and outlining clear expectations for performance
? Raising schedules and formatting them to be clear and easy to navigate for clients
? Liaising with suppliers and internal teams across the Group
? Build effective relationships with the clients
? Creating contact reports in collaboration with Account Managers
? Use Advantage/Synergist to manage all jobs
? Gather data, research and intelligence that can be used in client documents


Requirements:

? A Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing or another relevant degree is desirable
? Have previous experience in client management, supporting clients directly in a service-provision organization
? Knowledge of media bookings/schedules is advantageous
? Experience working within an agency environment is desirable
? Experience in liaising with a number of different stakeholders
? Experience in invoicing and quoting processes
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
? Have an interest in the Media industry
