Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Oxford Circus, London – £48,000
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work within a commercial building in Oxford Circus, London. The successful candidate will join an established 4-man engineering team and will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical and general building maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pmKey Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the buildingCarry out fault finding and repairs on electrical systemsElectrical testing and inspectionLighting and emergency lighting maintenanceSmall power and socket repairsBasic electrical installations and remedial worksMonitor and maintain electrical plant and equipmentRespond to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance requestsMonitor the BMS systemsCarry out basic mechanical and plumbing duties where requiredGeneral building fabric maintenanceEscort and supervise specialist subcontractorsWork collaboratively as part of a 4-man engineering teamEnsure all maintenance tasks are completed in line with company and site proceduresMaintain accurate records of maintenance and remedial worksRequirements
