OPERATIONS MANAGER – GROWING RESTAURANT GROUP

£60,000 + BONUS + MILEAGE + BENEFITS

SOUTH WEST / SOUTH WALES

I am working with a brilliant, growing restaurant business looking for an Operations Manager to join the team as they continue to develop and expand.

They are looking for a proper people-led operator – someone who loves developing GMs, building strong management teams and creating real accountability across their sites.

You will be hands-on and comfortable getting stuck into the operation when needed, but equally able to step back, look strategically at the business and help put the right foundations in place for future growth.

We are looking for:

Proven multi-site restaurant experienceA strong high-volume backgroundBrilliant people leadership and coaching skillsExperience developing GMs and second-tier managementStrong commercial and operational understandingComfortable across both FOH and kitchen operationsSolutions-focused and happy working autonomouslySomeone who genuinely takes ownership and accountability

There is already some great infrastructure in place across training, development and technology, but still loads of opportunity to influence how the business operates as it grows.

This would really suit someone who enjoys being close to the restaurants and their people but wants the opportunity to help shape a growing business and build something for the longer term.
