We’re looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to take the reins at a popular community pub in Surbiton.

This is a lively, well-established venue with a strong local following, offering great drinks, live sport, entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere. We need a hands-on operator who can lead from the front, engage with the local community and continue driving the business forward.

The role:

Take full ownership of the day-to-day operationLead, motivate and develop a passionate teamDrive sales, events and local engagementManage labour, stock, budgets and profitabilityMaintain excellent standards of service and presentationBuild a fun, positive and people-focused culture

About you:

An experienced General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step upA natural host who enjoys being visible and engaging with guestsCommercially aware with good control of costs and marginsConfident managing a busy, community-focused pubPassionate about live sport, entertainment and creating memorable experiencesComfortable working closely with the local community
