Graphics Programmer
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Graphics Programmer to work within a AAA Game Development Studio based in the North West.BENEFITS: up to £65k, annual bonus, at least 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas Shut down.
Flexible working hours, hybrid or fully remote working available, state of the art equipment, amazing work/life balance and NO CRUNCH!We are looking for a Senior Graphics Programmer to join a growing studio who are working on a number of projects as co and lead developer on unannounced AAA titles for PS4 & PS5, XboxOne, Switch and PC.The right person will be responsible for rendering and frame rate, visual aesthetic, smoothing out glitches and errors on the graphics pipeline and work on the planning and delivery of AAA Game GraphicsWe want someone who has had previous experience making and shipping video games, preferably AAA.Key Requirements
Previous experience in making and shipping video games
Experience with Unreal Engine 4 Rendering and Graphics
Experience with real time game content pipeline and tools
Experience with Rendering and Shader algorithms, linear algebra, trigonometry and calculus
Experience debugging profile and analysing profile data, performing GPU optimisation
Experience with DirectX 12
Knowledge of writing vertex, pixel and compute shaders using HLSL or equivalent
Knowledge of HDR and/or PBR and both forward+ and deferred rendering
Experience with multi-threading debugging and optimisation
Previous experience with either, OpenGL, DX11, Vulkan or Shadertoy
Nice to have skills
Experience in DirectX Raytracing
Any knowledge of node-based material graphs
Console experience
Porting experience
