Salary: £33,000 - £72,000 plus Excellent benefits

The Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading legal and professional services companies in Birmingham.

You will be responsible for advising on a wide range of construction matters.



Duties:

? You will be managing construction portfolios
? Drafting and negotiating contracts and advisory work


? Working with a impressive client base across a variety of sectors including offices, logistics, industrial, high-end residential, healthcare and mixed-use


? Involvement in due diligence in construction transactions




Requirements:

? NQ or 2+ years PQE with a focus on working with high-end clients


? Sound construction experience and being self-motivated


? Exceptional inter-personal and communication skills


? An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively


? Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied portfolio




? Ability to work well with Partners and adapt to work on a variety of project
