The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join their aftersales team in Wiltshire.

Duties:

? Be a valued member of an experienced Aftersales team responsible for booking work in
? You will over-see vehicle repairs/servicing through the workshop,
? Maintain regular customer contact to update/book and up-sell on future work.
? You will be working within a fast paced friendly team and can be sure of receiving the best quality training and development


The ideal candidate:

? Have previous experience in Aftersales
? Service / Sales co-ordination / administration experience
? Knowledge of CDK systems would be advantageous.
? Excellent communication skills
