Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records Helping to prepare accounts and financial statements Assisting with personal and corporate tax returns Checking and processing financial information Supporting HMRC compliance and regulatory requirements Working with clients to gather and organise financial information Using accounting software to record and manage financial data Supporting qualified accountants and tax advisers with day-to-day client work Developing your accounting knowledge through on-the-job training and study

Training:

The successful candidate will undertake a full review of their existing skills versus what is required in their new role. First Intuition will then advise on the best apprenticeship programme for them. This will be a structured AAT Apprenticeship programme at 3 (depending on candidate’s experience and knowledge).

A blend of classroom and online training will support the candidate to achieve a well-recognised accountancy qualification which will both help with their new role and potentially lead on to further study.

Training Outcome:

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training, support and practical experience within the company.
