Key responsibilities of the Field Service Manager will include:
To lead the team, manage, mentor, direct, motivate, supervise, develop, and maximise team performance.
To undertake market intelligence activities to maximise business opportunities.
To endure that you are familiar with the risk and hazards and ensure you have implemented the correct procedures, policies, plans and mitigation strategies to ensure optimum safety at all times.
To proactively engage and support company initiatives around health, safety, and continuous improvement.
For the Field Service Manager position, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
Strong knowledge and experience of Rotating Equipment such as Pumps, Turbines, Gearboxes, Motors Etc.
Engineering Apprenticeship to HNC level or equivalent.
IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH National General Certificate.
Experience of installation and commissioning activity within a contracting environment new line Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements including completion of risk assessments new line Management and leadership experience.
Willingness to travel.
In return, the successful Field Service Manager will receive:
Annual Salary: Between £50,000.00 - £60,000.00.
Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays – increasing to 38 days with continued employment.
Annual Bonus up to 10% per annum – subject to company performance.
Pension Scheme: 15% Combined Contribution (9% Employer / 6% Employee).
