Chef de Cuisine / Exec Sous Chef – 5 * Resort, Caribbean! Salary: $80,000 – 110,000 + bonus, benefits and onsite accommodation  Location: Bahamas, Caribbean  My client is a luxury 5-star island resort based who is currently looking for experienced Chef de Cuisine / Executive Sous Chef to join their outstanding team full time.

They will be leading the operations of a key resort outlet.Duties to include :
Daily operations of the kitchens across outletsActively create seasonal farm-to-table menus

Manage and develop the full culinary teamSelect, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers in the kitchen staff to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met

Manage kitchen financials, stock and P&LLay out goals and develop strategies to accomplish said goals

Maintaining brand standardsEnsure high food standards as required by local health regulationsEnsuring guests are having the ultimate food experience
What we want from you :
5+ years’ experience in high end restaurants, preferably in resorts/hotelsVariety and creativity when it come to your culinary skillsA strong leader that brings positive energy to the teamGreat career stabilityCan easily relocate
