Location: Bromsgrove, (B61)

Salary: £25K - 45K gross per annum + Excellent Benefits

PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive - Wills & Probate Specialism

Job Type: Full-Time / Part Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualifiedSolicitor or Chartered LegalExecutive to join one of the leading law firms.

You will use your skills in estate planning, trusts, and other Probate knowledge to manage a caseload of clients.

Responsibilities:

? Dealing with own caseload to include drafting of Wills (Life interest trust, discretionary trust Wills) and Codicils, Inheritance Tax advice, and planning, obtaining Grants of Representation.
? Dealing with general probate administration and intestate estates to include post-death variations, Court of Protection work (Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Orders and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney)
? You will also use your general Legal knowledge and support the Partners in this friendly, professional firm as required


? Provide support to and act on behalf of the Partners and Head office as required
? Compliance with requirements/standards and the STEP Code for Will Preparation in England and Wales


Essential Requirements:

? At least 3 years experience (PQE) within Probate.
? Either a newly qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
? Have a valid Practising Certificate
