Apprentice People Systems & Analytics Assistant

Working alongside our People Systems & Analytics Manager, you will:

Support the administration and maintenance of our HR and people systems. Assist in producing workforce reports and dashboards. Help analyse key people data such as absence, staff turnover and workforce demographics. Support data quality and accuracy checks. Respond to routine system queries and provide user support. Assist with creating guidance materials and training resources. Contribute to projects that improve systems, reporting and business processes. Develop valuable skills in data management, reporting and analytics.

Training Outcome:

It is anticipated that the successful candidate would transition to a data analyst or people systems analyst role.

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4.30pm.
