Nurse Seekers are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Implant Dental Nurse to join a well-established and friendly dental practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse with implant training who is looking to work within a specialist implant environment and gain further experience with complex cases.

The practice is particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience assisting with full-arch implant procedures, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Nurse who already has a strong background in implant dentistry.

The Role

As an Implant Dental Nurse, you will provide high-quality chairside support to the dentist throughout implant and surgical procedures, ensuring patients receive excellent care throughout their treatment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing chairside assistance during implant and surgical proceduresPreparing the surgery, instruments and materials for implant treatmentAssisting with full-arch implant cases, ideally including All-on-4 / All-on-XMaintaining excellent cross-infection control and clinical standardsSupporting patients before, during and after treatmentPreparing and maintaining implant equipment and surgical instrumentsWorking closely with the dentist and wider clinical teamMaintaining accurate clinical recordsEnsuring the surgery is fully prepared for each procedure

About You

We are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse who has specific implant experience.

Ideally, you will have:

GDC registrationDental Nursing qualificationPrevious experience working as an Implant Dental NurseExperience assisting with implant placement and surgical proceduresExperience with full-arch implant cases is highly desirableStrong knowledge of cross-infection controlExcellent chairside skillsA calm, professional and reassuring manner with patientsThe ability to work effectively as part of a specialist dental team

Experience with All-on-4, All-on-X or similar full-mouth/full-arch implant treatments would be particularly advantageous.

Hours & Pay

Hours: Part-time initially, with the potential to increase hours as required
Pay: £ £28,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience

The initial part-time arrangement offers flexibility, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to increase their hours as the practice's requirements develop.
