Salary: US$45,000–$50,000 tax-free

We are recruiting for a luxury hospitality group in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Group Retail Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple luxury resort properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to take ownership of sales, profitability, merchandising, inventory and guest experience across a multi-property operation.

The Role

Oversee retail operations across three luxury resort propertiesLead and develop Retail Managers and wider retail teamsEstablish consistent service standards, SOPs and guest experience across all locationsDevelop sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitabilityMonitor sales performance, conversion rates, transaction values and inventory turnoverOversee merchandising, stock management, ordering and inventory controlManage budgets, forecasting, expenses and financial performanceBuild relationships with suppliers and identify new product and market opportunitiesPartner with Marketing to develop promotions, events and campaignsEnsure a cohesive luxury brand experience across all retail locations

The Ideal Candidate

5+ years of retail management experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort environmentProven experience overseeing multiple retail outletsStrong leadership experience managing diverse teamsExcellent knowledge of retail sales, merchandising and inventory managementStrong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysisExperience with retail POS and management systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic, commercially focused and results-orientedHands-on, proactive and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesPassionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiencesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field preferred
