Business Apprentice - Commercial Operations

The apprentice will be given full training to cover a wide range of skills and tasks, to include: 

Buying components Customer enquiries Processing customer orders Managing customer relationships  Invoicing Logistics General administration support to the wider team 

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3.

Group training will be one day a month. This is tutor led and there is either a remote training or in person, at our offices in Newbury. Apprentices also have a 1-1 training and review meeting with their WBTC Training Consultant.

All roles will have full on-site training, a mentor is assigned to each apprentice so there is always a buddy to learn from and rely on. 

Training Outcome:

Ongoing training and personal development are encouraged and supported.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, 30-minutes for lunch plus 3x10-minute breaks.
