Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship

Gain hands-on experience, learning from skilled team members from all areas of the site. Day-to-day tasks that you will be responsible for could include:

Running production lines and leading our production teams Providing support at our Flowerworld site at peak trading times, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day Finding solutions to improve the efficiency of production lines through exciting live business projects

Training:
As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a Bsc (Hons) in Chartered Management at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging, so to support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free At the end of the 3-year scheme, Apprentices could be prepared for a Shift Manager role on one of our sites and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute)

We also offer a 2-year Finance Apprenticeship designed to help develop your knowledge and financial skills whilst working towards a Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician CIMA qualification.

Working Hours :
Some of our roles are shift based and may require early starts, late finishes and working weekends. We’ll also need you to work on Bank Holidays and during peak times of the year.
