Graduate Financial Planning Associate - Apprentice

Initially, your role will involve supporting our advisers and paraplanning team with

Preparing client documentation and reports Managing client communications Liaising with providers and third parties Supporting the administration of investments, pensions and protection policies Maintaining accurate client records
• Assisting with research and technical analysis

As your knowledge and experience develop, you will gain exposure to:

Financial planning research Cashflow modelling Report writing and suitability work Client meeting preparation Technical paraplanning duties Adviser support and eventually client-facing responsibilities

Training Outcome:

As you progress and grow with the business there is the potential to become a Financial Adviser in the future. This will include full support for further professional qualifications along the way.

Development pathway: Starting in client and administration support, Progressing into paraplanning and technical work, providing a route into becoming a Financial Adviser.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm, with flexible working hours upon successful pass of probation period. NB the 12 months is for the course/training duration not the job itself. This position has the potential for a permanent role upon completion.
