CBW is recruiting on behalf of an established building services provider for a role based within a prestigious, high-profile commercial tower in the City of London. You'll be joining a skilled maintenance team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across an impressive blue-chip site, working with cutting-edge building systems in a landmark environment.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in electrical or mechanical building services. Hours of Work

Continental shift pattern – days and nights, a mix of 4s and 6s7am–7pm / 7pm–7amExcellent overtime availabilityKey Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting – small installation, fault-finding, lampingEmergency lighting testingControl panelsBallast replacementBMS monitoring (hot & cold systems)Maintaining and updating log booksBasic plumbing (unblocking toilets)UPS / GeneratorsPumps and motorsRequirements
