The Role:

Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for great hospitality, cocktails and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for an outgoing, driven and charismatic General Manager to join an exciting, late-night cocktail venue in London. This is a fun, buzzy and fast-paced environment where personality, leadership and energy really matter.

As General Manager, you’ll take the lead on the day-to-day operation of the venue, inspiring your team and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience every time.

You’ll be someone who thrives in a lively late-night environment, is commercially minded and genuinely enjoys being at the heart of the action.

We’re looking for:

Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally within a cocktail bar, late-night or high-volume hospitality environmentStrong understanding of P&L, budgets, labour costs and commercial performanceA confident and natural team leader who knows how to motivate and develop peopleAn outgoing, positive personality with plenty of energySomeone who leads from the front and enjoys being visible on the floorA flexible approach to working hours, including some late nightsStrong operational and organisational skillsA genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and delivering outstanding guest experiencesSomeone ambitious who wants to grow with a business and progress their career
