We’re partnered with an exciting chef-driven full-service restaurant concept opening in San Francisco and are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the opening team.

This is not an entry-level management role - we’re looking for someone with 2+ years of restaurant management experience who is confident leading a team, driving service standards, and helping build a strong operation from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the General Manager in leading day-to-day restaurant operationsHelp lead and develop a strong front-of-house teamDrive exceptional guest experiences and service standardsOversee opening procedures and help establish strong operating systemsSupport scheduling, training, inventory, labor and financial performanceMaintain high standards across service, hospitality and restaurant operationsHelp build a positive, high-performing restaurant culture

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management experienceFull-service restaurant experience is required, ideally from chef-driven conceptsComfortable working in a high-energy and quality first environmentsProven ability to maintain high service and operational standardsHands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and leading by examplePrevious opening experience is a plus, but not required
