This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater looking to join a professional Bodyshop offering Monday-to-Friday working, an individual bonus scheme and a stable long-term position. ð° Whats on offer? - Up to £42,000 basic salary + individual bonus - 42.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday NO WEEKENDS - Individual performance bonus available - 21 days holiday + bank holidays - Company pension - Permanent, secure position - Opportunity to develop your career within a busy Bodyshop ð§ The Role As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring every vehicle is repaired safely and to the required manufacturer and Bodyshop standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating body alignment jigs and associated equipment - Panel straightening, repair and filling - Removing and replacing damaged panels - Welding and bonding vehicle structures - Removing and replacing complete body shells where required - Ensuring accurate measurements and correct vehicle alignment - Identifying and ordering all parts required for repairs - Working efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship ð¨âð§ What are we looking for? We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in their workmanship and can work efficiently within a busy Accident Repair environment. You'll ideally have: - Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre - A recognised qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ - Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - A high level of attention to detail and quality - ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential â Why apply?
