Mobile Water Treatment Supervisor - Birmingham - Global Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Treatment Supervisor to join our facilities management client’s team. You will take ownership of water treatment services across a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements - delivering high service standards.

Package:
Competitive salary up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience)Van & fuel card suppliedCore hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysGenerous workplace pension schemeTraining, development & progression opportunities
Responsibilities:
Supervise the delivery of water treatment services including legionella control, closed-loop systems, cooling towers and domestic systemsConduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and other relevant standardsManage a team of water treatment technicians, providing leadership, scheduling, and performance managementLiaise with clients, site managers and compliance teams to deliver clear reports and recommendationsMaintain accurate logs, asset registers, and compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Significant experience in water treatment within the facilities management or building services industryStrong knowledge of water hygiene regulations, including ACoP L8 and HSG274 Parts 1-3Experience supervising or managing field-based techniciansRelevant water hygiene/legionella control qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, WMSoc)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
