Financial Services Administration Apprentice
You will learn the skills required to support the administration of regulated financial advice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of client meeting packs Maintaining and updating client records Downloading and printing applications, factsheets, and supporting materials Liaising with insurers, fund managers, and other professionals as required Preparing and printing mail merges E-filing and saving documents to the cloud Scanning, printing, and filing documents as required Preparing basic letters and correspondence Scheduling client meetings Data entry using internal IT systems Preparing report packs Handling general enquiry calls Monitoring and ordering stationery Assisting Advisers and Administrators with day-to-day tasksGeneral Responsibilities:
Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Supporting the business's ongoing growth and administrative requirements Logging all calls and emails in the CRM system in line with compliance requirements Securely shredding confidential information Keeping the office environment tidy and presentable at all timesTraining:

R01 - Financial Services Regulation and EthicsThis course provides a straightforward introduction to the key principles of investment and financial services regulation. Taught by an experienced industry professional, it covers how financial markets operate, the different types of investment products, and the regulatory framework that supports them. The course is designed to help you apply these concepts effectively.
