AI Specialist – Sales & Marketing Apprentice
The role combines marketing, sales outreach, data and customer engagement. You’ll work alongside the existing marketing and social media team to create engaging content, support campaigns, conduct outreach, analyse data, identify opportunities and help drive business growth.
You’ll be encouraged to use AI and existing business data to improve targeting, support sales activity and make marketing more effective.

Website & Data
Help manage and update e-commerce websites Collect and maintain customer, marketing and sales data Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyse website and campaign performance Use AI and data to identify customer trends, popular activities and opportunities to increase bookings Research and build new customer and prospect lists Carry out competitor and market research Identify ways to improve the customer journey using digital tools and AIEmail & Outbound Sales
Support email and newsletter campaigns Conduct outbound email marketing and prospecting Research new leads, audiences and commercial opportunities Use AI to personalise communications and create targeted campaigns Support customer follow-ups and sales outreach Build and maintain prospect and customer databases Track responses, engagement and results Follow up with potential customers and help generate new business Work towards agreed activity, lead generation and commercial targetsPaid Advertising
Assist with PPC and paid social campaigns Use AI for audience research, creative development and campaign ideas Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROISales & Commercial Growth

Working Hours :
