The Role:

We are delighted to be working with a prestigious luxury members’ club and restaurant to recruit a talented and commercially minded Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to take ownership of the full marketing function within a premium, independent hospitality business. This is a standalone role, so we are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive and confident working independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategyPlanning and delivering creative marketing campaignsManaging social media strategy and contentCreating engaging and compelling copy across multiple channelsDeveloping and managing PR opportunitiesBuilding strategic partnerships and brand collaborationsWorking closely with internal stakeholders and senior managementAttending weekly HOD meetings and contributing to wider business strategyIdentifying new opportunities to drive brand awareness, engagement and revenueEnsuring all marketing activity reflects the premium positioning and identity of the brandManaging campaigns from concept through to delivery and analysis

About You:

Previous marketing experience within luxury or premium hospitality is essential for this role. Highly presentable and professionalA confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholdersExperienced in PR, partnerships and social mediaA strong copywriter with excellent attention to detailCommercially minded and creativeEntrepreneurial, proactive and full of ideasComfortable taking ownership and working autonomouslyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
