Business Administration Apprentice

As a business administrator your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

Providing general admin support to other secretaries/ fee earners as required, including audio typing Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch, including assisting with preparation of bundles Sorting and scanning daily post Typing documents quickly and accurately Filing documents accurately and promptly using our case management system Making outgoing calls to clients and others as and when necessary Following our procedures and supporting compliance requirements Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.

We’re looking for a passionate, punctual, articulate apprentice, with a keen eye for detail, who has ambitions to become a legal secretary.

You’ll learn side-by-side with experienced colleagues who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, giving you hands-on exposure to a wide range of tasks and a real understanding of how the whole business operates. With dedicated mentoring and support, you’ll build confidence, develop in-demand skills, and lay strong foundations for a long-term career.

Training:

The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotley with monthly on line sessions and at their campus one day on the 3rd, 5th and 10th month, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful administrator.



Training Outcome:

This is an ideal platform for someone looking to start (or progress) their career as a legal secretary in a busy law firm. Once the apprenticeship has been successfully completed, the career progression would be to a junior legal secretary.

Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and 8am – 4pm on Friday.
