This is a practical, mobile maintenance role for someone who enjoys fixing, repairing, and maintaining buildings to a high standard. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and well-presented.

About the Role

Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.Multi-skilled with experience across general building maintenance.Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.A valid driving licence is essential.
