Following a series of strategic developments, the organisation is now entering a significant phase of accelerated growth and seeking an experience Controls Engineer to bolster the growth.
This employer is based in WAKEFIELD, under 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, meaning the successful Controls Engineer will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Leeds, Dewsbury, Pontefract, Castleford, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Sheffield and Halifax.

Proven experience in PLC programming across platforms such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, and Schneider, including advanced motion control applications Strong background in HMI and SCADA development using tools such as FactoryTalk Optix and Siemens HMI Unified Practical experience integrating and supporting industrial robotic systems (e.g. ABB, Fanuc, Staubli) within automated environments Hands-on knowledge of machine vision systems, including implementation and troubleshooting using Cognex and Keyence technologies Solid understanding of industrial communication networks and machinery safety systems, including risk assessment, design, and compliance with relevant standardsSalary & Benefits:
