Apprentice Manufacturing Operative - REF 14992

Learn to safely operate manufacturing machinery, hand tools, and equipment Assist with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials in line with work instructions Support the assembly and manufacture of refrigerated vehicle components Learn how to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications Carry out quality checks on completed work and identify any defects or issues Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Follow all company health and safety procedures and safe systems of work Work collaboratively with colleagues across Manufacturing and other departments Complete all apprenticeship training requirements, coursework, and assessments Develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job learning, mentoring, and formal training Contribute ideas for continuous improvement as confidence and experience grow Undertake other duties appropriate to the apprenticeship programme as required

Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative  Work based learning  Functional skills

Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 4.30pm / 30 minutes break unpaid.
