The Role
This high-profile role involves supporting the Head Chef in managing a brigade of 15-20 chefs in a 200-cover restaurant. The focus is on execution, team leadership, and operational delivery. This role would suit a Senior Sous Chef from a high-volume, branded restaurant background looking for progression within an established group.

Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team across all sections.Ensure consistent execution of a high-quality, seasonal menu.Manage ordering, stock control, food safety, and compliance.Drive team development, training, and performance.Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.The Ideal Senior Sous Chef
