Healthcare Assistant Apprentice

The apprentice will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals and daily activities while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. They will communicate with residents and families, maintain accurate care records, follow care plans, and work safely alongside experienced care staff.



Training Outcome:

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship and probationary period, if a suitable position is available within the team, we will discuss the possibility of permanent part-time or full-time employment. There may also be opportunities for further training and career development in health and social care.

Working Hours :
Working on a varied rota across all days of the week, including weekends. Shifts include early shifts (8am–2pm), late shifts (2pm–9pm) and long shifts (8am–9pm). Rotas will be arranged in advance.
