Apprentice Office Administrator

Assisting with Sentinel administration and related workforce records where applicable Assist with timesheet Assist with uploading data onto our database (Data input) Providing day-to-day administrative support across HR, Business Support, Commercial, and Recruitment divisions Maintaining accurate records, databases, and internal trackers Assisting with the preparation, filing, and organisation of business documentation Supporting onboarding administration and ensuring all required paperwork is completed and stored correctly Assisting with the monitoring and updating of training, certification, medical, and workforce records Supporting internal compliance checks and helping ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

Training:

This apprenticeship is delivered as a weekly day release at our campus in Stratford, E15. 



Training Outcome:

There is an opportunity to secure a permanent role after successfully completing the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch.
