Apprentice Environmental & Sustainability Administrator
Apprentices support business operations by managing information, working with teams, and helping improve efficiency The programme typically lasts 12 - 18 months and prepares learners for progression into more senior roles As the Environmental & Sustainability Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting DCG's sustainability agenda. Working closely with the Environmental & Sustainability Manager, you will provide administrative and project support while developing professional skills and gaining experience in environmental sustainability
Day-to-day tasks include:
Organising and supporting meetings, including scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions Communicating with staff, students and external stakeholders to share sustainability information, promote initiatives, and support engagement activities Collecting, inputting and monitoring sustainability data using digital systems (e.g. spreadsheets) to maintain accurate records and produce reports Supporting the delivery of sustainability projects and campaigns, including independently managing smaller initiatives such as producing the half-termly sustainability newsletter and co-ordinating behaviour change campaigns Maintaining project documentation, tracking progress against actions and supporting the Sustainability Team with a range of administrative and coordination activitiesTraining Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you could progress into a range of business administration roles, using the skills and experience gained from working in a large organisation, or explore opportunities within environmental sustainability and related fields

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. 30 minutes lunch break.
