Business Administration Apprenticeship

Main Duties to include , but not limited to:

Control of goods in and out of store areas- recording the movement of goods. Perform stock takes. Inventory reconciliation using our in house system. Liaise with the purchasing manager, maintaining the correct stock levels through correct data inputting.

Training:
On-the-job training will be given at the employers workplace .  Off-the-job training and mentoring at the employers workplace. Induction/ onboarding day at NWSLC. On line delivery via NWSLC , 4 hours every 5 weeks. Skills development site visits , every 6 weeks.

Training Outcome:
Potential to progress within the company, either in the Purchasing Department or Production Area of the business.

Employer Description:
An exciting and growing business producing innovative and quality signage, graphic and display products. Working as part of our small Purchasing Department, the apprentice will control the movement of goods in and out of our store rooms, as well as completing regular stock takes. As part of this role, the apprentice will perform various administrative tasks, to include data entry and requesting stock orders, together with manual handling activities throughout the various manufacturing departments.

Working Hours :
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7.30am – 3.45pm Wednesday 7.30am – 4.00pm.
