Transport Admin Apprentice
Accountabilities:
Liaising with customers regarding delivery schedules, delivery updates and service enquiries Accurate data entry and maintenance of transport management systems Communicating with hauliers, drivers and third-party delivery networks to coordinate collections and deliveries Monitoring daily transport operations and tracking shipments through to completion Proactively notifying customers of delivery dates, times and any delays Investigating delivery failures, service issues and customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken where required Uploading, retrieving and tracing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation Preparing and issuing loader packs, manifests and delivery paperworkTraining:
Traffic Operator Level 2 Apprenticeship Functional Skills in English and math at level 2 unless exempt through previous qualifications gained

Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm.
