Taking orders from customer over the phone, via email and adding them onto our CRM system.

Taking card payments where necessary

Liaising with customers on courier issues.

Arranging customer credits and returns.

Filing

Database cleansing and imputing data to our CRM system.

Arranging product information for customers and prospects.

Raising quotes

Online Chat

Asking for additional required information on email enquiries

Any other duties as requested by the Departmental Manager.

Training:

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3 with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion you will be considered for full time employment.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
