Apprentice for Adult Health and Social Care
The apprentice will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals and daily activities while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. They will communicate with residents and families, maintain accurate care records, follow care plans, and work safely alongside experienced care staff. Undertake mandatory training and take part in meetings and handovers.

Training will be at the home.

Once completed if there are any positions available within the Group we may offer a permanent position.

Working Hours :
Rota completed in advance. 30 hours per week, with a mixture of shifts, including weekends. 8.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 8.00pm and 8.00am - 8.00pm.
