Accounts Assistant Apprentice
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with processing purchase invoices Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Maintaining accurate financial records and databases Assisting with bank reconciliations Helping prepare financial reports and spreadsheets Responding to supplier and customer queries Filing and organising financial documentation Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks as required Ensuring compliance with company procedures and financial regulationTraining and development:
Attending online training sessions with our dedicated mentors Completing coursework and a portfolio of evidence as part of the apprenticeship program You will work towards a recognised qualification Ensuring best practices when working within our Finance DepartmentWhat we are looking for:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good numeracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (preferred)Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation Off the Job Training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard
Training Outcome:
A full-time permanent role within the company upon successful completion of apprenticeship
