Data Technician Apprentice - Buying department

Assist the buying team with acquiring stock, talking to sellers, and handling inbound leads. Log vehicle data and keep our central CRM updated with accurate stock details. Draft, verify, and maintain vehicle purchasing contracts and handover documentation. Run stock and acquisition reports for management review. Audit files regularly to ensure all administrative records remain compliant and up to date. Liaise with customers to coordinate vehicle handovers and paperwork completion.
