Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Commercial & Administrative Support: Assisting the busy commercial and sales teams with daily office operations and workflow coordination. Customer Advisory Services: Learning to handle B2B customer inquiries professionally, providing advice, and managing follow-up communications. Data Management: Inputting critical commercial data, processing information accurately into our business systems, and maintaining clean records. Events Assistance: Helping the team prepare for, organize, and support corporate hospitality and industry events. General Administration: Managing incoming mail, answering phone calls, and filing digital documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Training:
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Level 2 Customer Service. A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course. This is a work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours.

Training Outcome:

If successful, we will be able to offer many different positions in either engineering, logistics or distribution department.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00. Friday, 08:00 - 15:45.
